From the delicious products that the Salento earth gives us (eggplants, peppers, courgettes, tomatoes, olives, capers and aromatic herbs) Alti Pareti creates new alchemies. We produce genuine and high quality preserves that provide an original twist to the typical recipes of the Salento culinary tradition. All our patés are made with locally grown produce and preserved with our locally grown and harvested olive oils. No artificial ingredients and made with care and tradition of the Salento region.
